Today, Soch Development Foundation (SDF) had the privilege of participating in a significant seminar featuring SUN Coordinator Miss. Afshan Khan as the keynote speaker.

Miss. Khan highlighted how the SUN Movement, in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is assisting countries in future-proofing their nutrition agendas by strengthening collaborative platforms, mobilizing financing, and integrating nutrition priorities across multisectoral development investments.

The session offered valuable insights into advancing sustainable nutrition strategies, and SDF is honored to contribute to this collective effort aimed at fostering healthier and more resilient communities.

🌍 World Diabetes Day 2025 – “Diabetes Across Life Stages”

Diabetes affects millions of Pakistanis — at every age and every stage of life.

🔹 34.5 million adults (20–79) in Pakistan are living with diabetes
🔹 1 in 3 adults is affected nationwide
🔹 Over 9 million people remain undiagnosed, facing hidden risks
🔹 Pakistan has the highest age-adjusted diabetes prevalence in the world (≈31.4%)
