She knew how to create art. But could she turn it into a digital presence? 🎨➡️📱

Meet Hudaibia, University Student, Artist by Passion, Designer by Study & IT Course Graduate from WELSA Center.

As an Art & Design student, Hudaibia could already paint, sketch, and create magic with her hands, from hyper-realistic charcoal portraits to traditional truck art.

But one question remained: How to show her art to the world?

Then she joined WELSA Center, Sukh Saanjh Foundation.

From Anger to Understanding.

Facing constant conflict within her family, a mother often found herself reacting in anger before she could truly understand the situation.
In her own words:
"Choti-choti baaton par main foran jawab dena shuru kar deti thi, aur phir ek jawab doosre jawab ko janam deta… aur baat larai tak pahunch jati."

Through our module of Relationship & Communication, part of the Samajhdar Maan aur Ghrana Program at WELSA Center, she began to reflect on her own responses.
"Maine seekha ke har baat ka foran jawab dena zaroori nahi hota. Kabhi chup rehna, kabhi doosre insan ki baat sunna, aur kabhi apne gusse ko control karna bhi zaroori hota hai."
Slowly, everything began to change — not just around her, but within her.
"Mujhe mehsoos hua ke meri reactions badal rahi hain… aur meri family ke saath meri communication bhi behtar ho rahi hai."
Today, she carries forward a lesson that continues to shape her relationships every single day:
"Apna gussa control karna nahi, balki apne rishton ko ek naye nazariye se dekhna seekha."

Main aaine ke samne khadi thi, lekin jo chehra nazar aata tha, woh mujhe khud ajnabi sa lagta tha. 💔

Have you ever felt lost in your own thoughts?

Zehan mein har waqt soch... log kya kahenge... maine woh baat theek kahi ya ghalat... kabhi kabhi khud ko kehti "shayad main pagal ho rahi hun."

Rozmarra zindagi chalti rahi, magar zehan kahin aur atka raha. Apni zaat ke liye jeena to door, main khud ko pehchanna bhi bhool chuki thi.

Then she found Samajhdar Maan Aur Gharana Program.

Cohort 7 - A Journey Within: From Overthinking to Understanding Myself.

Samajhdar Maan Aur Gharana ne sirf parenting, nutrition, aur taluqaat nahi sikhaya, balke Health & Wellness ne meri zindagi badal di.

Iss program ki badolat maine khud ko pehchanna seekha. Maine seekha ke apne liye jeena bhi zaruri hai.

Ahista ahista maine apne khayalat ko likhna shuru kiya, apni sochon ko samajhna seekha, aur khud ko waqt dena seekha.

Aur dheere dheere, woh ajnabi sa aks badalne laga.

"Aaj jab main aaine ke samne khadi hoti hun, to ek thaki hui pareshan aurat nazar nahi aati, balke ek aisi aurat nazar aati hai jo khud ko samajhne lagi hai aur apne liye jeena seekh chuki hai."

The mirror stayed the same, but I changed. Sometimes healing begins when we learn to see ourselves differently.

Yeh tabdeeli maine khud se nahi payi, iska sara credit Samajhdar Maan Aur Gharana ko jata hai.

This is not just a letter. This is a daughter's thank you note to her mother.

In Cohort 6 of Samajhdar Maan Aur Ghrana, our mothers learn more than parenting and home management — they learn to manage emotions, relationships, and themselves.

Pehle Ammi har choti baat par ghussa karti thi, over-sensitive ho jati thi. Is program mein aanay ke baad:

✨ Girls ke rights ko value dena seekha
✨ Rishton ko behtar samajhna seekha
✨ Apni safai, apna khayal, aur hum bachon ka khayal rakhna
✨ Hamare saath time spend karna aur mazay mazay ke khaane banana

Ek behen kehti hai, "Meri behen ne rishtedaron ke saath apne taluqaat behtar kiye hain."
