Muhammad Israr Madani, President IRCRA, while his program on ARY News ,explored how proscribed organizations often promote ideological narratives without explicitly mentioning their names. The conversation with host Iftikhar Firdous, focused on Tauheed-ul-Hakmiyyah, the sovereignty of Allah, and its place within Pakistan’s constitutional framework. Madni noted that religious scholars addressed these questions after independence through the 22 Points of Consensus, emphasizing that while Islamic principles provide guidance, constitutions and laws establish the procedures necessary for governance and justice.

The discussion also compared Imarat, Khilafat and democracy, highlighting the Islamic principle of consultation (Shura) and the importance of public welfare. Madni concluded that any practice or system that promotes justice, welfare, and human dignity should be encouraged, while anything that causes harm and disorder should be resisted.
