Faith and Gender in Climate Action Fellowship: Module 2

Today, we had an insightful session on "Green Interfaith Environment" with our esteemed trainer, Durlabh Ashok, Co-Founder of Climate Forward Pakistan. The session was moderated by Karim Murad Siam, who introduced the speaker and NYCCC's mission.

Key Outcomes:

Environmental Stewardship: Emphasizing responsible use and protection of natural resources.

Interfaith Dialogue: Promoting understanding and collaboration among different faiths.

Faith-Driven Action: Inspiring environmental efforts through spiritual beliefs.

Deeply saddened by the passing of His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan, a visionary leader and a global humanitarian. His extraordinary contributions to education, healthcare, and gender equality have left an indelible mark on humanity. Through initiatives like the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), he tirelessly worked to improve the lives of millions, promoting peace, inclusion, and progress.

His leadership transformed access to quality education, established world-class healthcare systems, and championed women’s empowerment globally. His focus on poverty alleviation, sustainable development, and bridging cultural divides will remain an enduring legacy.
