"بچوں کا ہاتھ کام کے اوزاروں پر نہیں، کتابوں پر ہونا چاہیے!"
آج کا دن ہمیں یاد دلاتا ہے کہ دنیا بھر میں کروڑوں بچے تعلیم، کھیل اور بچپن کی خوشیوں سے محروم ہیں — کیونکہ وہ محنت مزدوری پر مجبور ہیں۔
اس دن کی مناسبت سے شاہین ریجنل نیٹ ورک مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ:
📚 ہر بچے کو معیاری تعلیم دی جائے
👷‍♂️ چائلڈ لیبر کے خلاف قوانین پر سختی سے عمل کیا جائے
🏠 غریب خاندانوں کو معاشی تحفظ دیا جائے
🤝 والدین، اساتذہ، ریاست اور سول سوسائٹی مل کر بچوں کے محفوظ مستقبل کے لیے کام کریں
یاد رکھیں:
چائلڈ لیبر غربت کا نتیجہ بھی ہے اور وجہ بھی!
آئیں! ہم سب مل کر ایک ایسا پاکستان بنائیں جہاں:
> "کوئی بچہ مزدور نہ ہو — ہر بچہ سکول میں ہو!"

‏کم عمر شادیوں پر پابندی عائد کرنے کا بل قومی اسمبلی نے منظور کر لیا

اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر مرد اور خاتون کا نکاح غیر قانونی ہو گا۔ قانون سازی

نکاح خواں یقینی بنائے گا کہ میاں بیوی کے پاس نادرا سے جاری کردہ قومی شناختی کارڈ موجود ہو گا،قانون سازی

عملدرآمد نہ کرنے والے نکاح خواں کو ایک سال قید کی سزا دی جائے گی، بل

اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر لڑکی سے نکاح کرنے والے مرد کو دو سے تین سال قید با مشقت کی سزا دی جا سکے گی، بل

اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر افراد کے ساتھ رہنے کو چائلٖڈ ابیوز سے تعبیر کیا جائے گا، بل

اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر لڑکی کو شادی پر مجبور کرنے والے شخص کو پانچ سے سات سال قید کی سزا دی جا سکے گی،قانون سازی

بچوں کی سمگلنگ یا انہیں جبری طور پر ہجرت پر مجبور کرنے والے شخص کو پانچ سے سات سال سزا دی جا سکے گی،قانون سازی

اٹھارہ سال سے کم عمر انسان کی شادی کرانے پر والدین کو دو سے تین سال قید با مشقت کی سزا دی جائے گی، بل

ایکٹ کے تحت مقدمات کی سماعت کا مجاز محض متعلقہ سیشن جج ہو گا،قانون سازی

قانون سازی کی منظوری سے 1929 کا بچوں کی شادی کی ممانعت کا ایکٹ منسوخ،قانون سازی

Key Highlights of the Celebration:
