GB Cares - Clean-up Drive on 9th Moharram Juloos G-6 Islamabad
As part of our ongoing commitment to community service and civic responsibility, GB Cares in association with DHO office Islamabad, successfully organized its Clean-up Drive during the 9th Moharram Juloos. This symbolic yet impactful initiative aimed to promote awareness about cleanliness, respect for public spaces, and environmental responsibility among the citizens.
Volunteers from diverse backgrounds, including youth, students, and local community members, actively participated in the post-Juloos clean-up. Equipped with gloves, garbage bags, and a strong sense of duty, they cleaned the procession route, ensuring that the sacred occasion was observed with dignity and the streets were restored to their original state.
The activity not only helped in waste management but also sent a powerful message about the importance of maintaining cleanliness as a form of respect for both the event and the environment. GB Cares believes that small actions, when done collectively, lead to meaningful change.
