Break the Chains: Choose Life, Not Drugs
On May 13th, IYC/YPDC, in collaboration with Department of Student Affairs-IST & Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), hosted a powerful Anti-Drug Awareness Seminar at IST — and it was a resounding success! 💥

With the presence of Deputy Regional Directorate Commander ANF North Lt. Colonel Raheel Hussain , and an engaged audience of students and faculty, we confronted the harsh truths of addiction, shared real stories, and united for a cause that truly matters.

The awareness walk, impactful session, and open dialogue reflected one powerful message:

In a powerful show of support for Kashmir, IYC/YPDC, in collaboration with IAS and with assistance from DSA, paid a heartfelt tribute this Friday, 8th November, recognized as Kashmir Day.

IST students marched in solidarity with Kashmir, honoring their resilience amid decades of hardship and restrictions.

Adding a creative dimension to the tribute, an on-spot sketching competition was also held in collaboration with IAS. Through their art, students beautifully expressed their emotions, depicting the resilience, struggles, and hopes of the Kashmiri people. The sketches reflected a collective yearning for justice, peace, and freedom for Kashmir.

This event highlighted our shared commitment to standing with Kashmir, advocating for their rights, and raising awareness about their ongoing struggles. Together, we stand united with Kashmir, amplifying their voices and calls for justice.
