RANIKOT:
A view of the recent conservation work carried out by the Endowment Fund Trust at Shergarh, Ranikot Fort.
Transporting construction material to Shergarh was not less than a big challenge due to the difficult location, rough terrain, and the high elevation of the site. However, the EFT made every possible effort and successfully completed the work with dedication and commitment.

The EFT usually begins the restoration of Ranikot in winter, from November to March, due to the harsh weather conditions in the hilly area the rest of year. The pictures show the recent progress of the restoration.

The abandoned 300 year old Mai Jaman Mosque near Sanghar was restored by EFT. A Qur'an recitation (QuranKhuwani) followed by the Adhaan and prayers marked the completion of the project.

Mai Jaman married to Mian Noor Mohammad Kalhoro who was ruled Sindh. Mai Jaman built six beautifully designed mosques.
These mosque are in hazardous condition as they were abandoned one of the mosque of Mai Jaman stands in the wilderness of chotiari. The domes have collapsed and structure has sustained heavy weathering. The Mai Jaman Mosque at Chotiari, is being restored by Endowment Fund Trust.
