SMSPP (Society for Multiple Sclerosis Patients in Pakistan), www.smspp.org.pk is aimed at providing MS awareness in Pakistan and to help MS patients and their families and friends to cope with this disabling disease. The Society for Multiple Sclerosis Patients in Pakistan is aimed at creating awareness about MS among the general population and helping MS patients cope with this disease. We aim to:


>> Help in proper and early diagnosis in patients showing symptoms similar to MS
>> Provide free medical advice to patients suffering from MS
>> Support and relieve patients affected by Multiple Sclerosis
>> Encourage MS patients to attain their full potential as members of the society by improving their condition of life
>> To inspire patients suffering from MS to beat MS and live a normal and productive life
>> To provide a platform for MS patients to discuss their problems with other people and MS patients
>> To collect and distribute information about latest and emerging MS therapies

Our MS patient from Jhang, who lost vision in both eyes after an optic neuritis attack, has reached out to the Society for help once again. She is undergoing a severe MS relapse these days due to extreme hot weather conditions and is unable to stand or walk. Going to the washroom or to the kitchen has become a huge challenge after the relapse and vision loss.

Her neurologist has advised her 3 days of Solumed 1gm injections along with some other medicines. Her prescription is attached.

We are raising funds to arrange the injections and medication for her which will cost about ๐‘๐ฌ. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’,๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ

The patients we support come from different cities of Pakistan, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Haripur, Sheikhupura, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Lodhran, Okara, Wah Cantt, Kasur, Bhakkar, Jamshoro, and Jhang.
