A New Term, A New Hope: Blessing the Children of Parveen Orphanage Jhang, Pakistan,This Easter
Dear Family in Christ,
As we journey through this season of Lent and look forward to the glorious celebration of our risen King, our hearts are turned toward the pure and simple faith of children. Scripture reminds us of this sacred duty and blessing: "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress..." (James 1:27).
For some time now, our Church has been blessed to support the precious children at Parveen Orphanage. Today, we have a wonderful opportunity to show them the tangible love of Christ as they prepare for a new chapter.
Next month, a new school term begins. For the 21 boys and girls at Parveen, this is a doorway to a future filled with God's potential. However, the excitement of a new class also brings the need for new supplies. These children require new books, stationery, uniforms, shoes, and bags to walk confidently into their classrooms. Furthermore, we want to wrap them in the joy of the season. Easter is a time of new beginnings, a celebration of the life we have in Jesus. We want to ensure each child feels celebrated and cherished with a new outfit and a special gift for Easter, reminding them that they are seen, loved, and never forgotten by their Heavenly Father—or by their family at Grace Pentecostal Church.
We are asking our faithful family in Christ to partner with us in this mission. Think of it not just as a donation, but as an act of worship. As we give, we mirror the heart of God, who gave us His only Son.
Here is how we can prepare these 21 children for the new term and for Easter:
· School Supplies: New backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencils, and age-appropriate books.
· School Uniforms & Shoes: New, durable uniforms and sturdy shoes for both boys and girls.
· Easter Gifts: New, age-appropriate clothing and a small gift to make their Easter Sunday special.

Please cover these children, the staff at Parveen, and this ministry in your prayers. Pray for their protection, their studies, and that they would come to know the depth of God's love for them.
Let us be the hands and feet of Jesus to these 21 precious souls. Let us show them that with a new school term comes new hope, and that with Easter comes the promise of new life.
