ہنزہ۔ خنجراب نیشنل پارک کی انٹری فیس اور ٹرافی ہنٹنگ پروگرام کے تحت سب ڈویژن گوجال کی مقامی کمیونٹیز میں ان کے مقررہ شئیرز کی تقسیم کے حوالے سے ایک پروقار تقریب دی ریسٹ ہاؤس خنجراب نیشنل پارک میں منعقد ہوئی۔ تقریب کے مہمانِ خصوصی چیف سیکرٹری گلگت بلتستان ارشد مجید تھے، جبکہ سیکرٹری داخلہ فیصل احسان پیرزادہ، سیکرٹری فارسٹ و وائلڈ لائف سبطین احمد، سیکرٹری معدنیات شاہ زیب شیخ اور سیکرٹری برقیات صفدر خان نے بھی تقریب میں خصوصی شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر گوجال کے تمام کمیونٹی کنٹرولڈ ہنٹنگ ایریاز کے نمائندوں اور عمائدین کی بڑی تعداد موجود تھی۔
تقریب کے دوران خنجراب نیشنل پارک کی انٹری فیس سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدنی کے 75 فیصد حصے کے طور پر خنجراب ویلجرز آرگنائزیشن (KVO) کو 5 کروڑ 14 لاکھ روپے اور گلکن کمیونٹی کو 42 لاکھ روپے کے چیکس دیے گئے۔ ٹرافی ہنٹنگ پروگرام کے 80 فیصد کمیونٹی شیئر کے تحت شمشال کمیونٹی کو 2 کروڑ 60 لاکھ، KVO کو 1 کروڑ 49 لاکھ، پھسو کو 1 کروڑ 2 لاکھ، حسینی کو 92 لاکھ، مسگر کو 83 لاکھ 50 ہزار، خیبر کو 62 لاکھ، گلکن کو 61 لاکھ، گلمت کو 33 لاکھ، ہوپر (پریو) کو 15 لاکھ اور رسمی کمیونٹی کو 5 لاکھ روپے کی رقم تقسیم کی گئی۔ مزید برآں، نیشنل ہائی وے اتھارٹی سے معاہدے کے تحت KVO کو 4 لاکھ 60 ہزار روپے کا اضافی چیک بھی دیا گیا۔
اس موقع پر بتایا گیا کہ گزشتہ پانچ سالوں کے دوران 6 لاکھ کے قریب سیاحوں کی آمد سے انٹری فیس کی مد میں 29 کروڑ روپے حاصل ہوئے، جس میں سے 23 کروڑ روپے مقامی آبادی کو منتقل کیے جا چکے ہیں۔ اسی طرح ٹرافی ہنٹنگ سے حاصل ہونے والے 1 ارب 10 کروڑ روپے میں سے 88 کروڑ روپے گلگت بلتستان کے 48 ہنٹنگ ایریاز کی کمیونٹیز کو دیے گئے۔ اگرچہ اس سال 55 کروڑ روپے کے ریونیو کی توقع تھی، تاہم مشرقِ وسطیٰ کے حالات کی وجہ سے 30 کروڑ روپے حاصل ہو سکے۔ چیف سیکرٹری گلگت بلتستان نے محکمہ وائلڈ لائف اور مقامی کمیونٹیز کے باہمی تعاون کو سراہتے ہوئے جنگلی حیات کے تحفظ کے لیے ان کی کوششوں کی تعریف کی اور مسائل کے حل کے لیے مکمل حکومتی تعاون کا یقین دلایا۔

On November 19, 2025, a grand opening ceremony was held in Misgar, Hunza, to celebrate the completion of 3.9 km Farm-to-Market Road and 125 feet wooden suspension bridge. The Deputy Program Coordinator and Regional Program Coordinator, ETI-GB attended the ribbon-cutting event alongside a large local gathering, marking the official opening and handover of these projects to the community. These critical infrastructures link the community to the 6.9 km Qaimabad irrigation channel, significantly reducing the time and resources required to reach the command area. Previously, residents had to travel up to the Qalandarchi Fort to access this disconnected land; now, the road and bridge project will play an essential role in accelerating early land development covering 410 acres in Qaimabad, benefiting 421 households by providing direct access to markets and the main village.
The community of Misgar expressed deep gratitude to ETI-GB for the rapid completion of three projects simultaneously.
