PWO is daily running a big ship of Educational (school,awareness), Cultural(arts and music), women Empowerment (vocational trainings), sports(local, national and international),Child right, child labor and service to common people without discrimination of race, creed, caste, for saving human lives.

The Women's Market in Shrout is exclusively managed by women vendors and caters to female customers, with no involvement of men. Prior to its establishment, both women and men had to travel to Gilgit City to purchase even small items, incurring heavy fares and wasting time. With the inception of this market, dozens of women have gained employment opportunities from the comfort of their homes. Additionally, local women are relieved from the hassle of traveling to Gilgit City, spending high fares, and wasting time. Women from nearby areas such as Shakiot, Bargu, and others can also visit this market to buy essential items.

Pakeeza Welfare Organization's Senior Vice President Tariq Hussain and General Secretary Noor Ahmad Baqir are assessing the flood-damaged agricultural land in Shrout, a suburb of Gilgit, with the aim of rehabilitating the lands of low-income individuals.

جلد یہ بورڈ نصب کئیے جائیں گے تاکہ خواتین مارکیٹ کی خوبصورتی میں اضافہ کے ساتھ ساتھ خریداروں کیلئے دکان کی پہچان میں آسانی ہوسکے
۔یاد رہے کہ شروٹ میں قائم ویمن مارکیٹ میں خواتین ہی دکاندار اور خواتین ہی خریدار ہیں مرد حضرات کا اس مارکیٹ میں کوئی عمل دخل نہیں ہے ۔
خواتین اور مردوں کو بھاری کرایہ اور وقت ضائع کرکے چھوٹی موٹی چیزوں کیلئے بھی گلگت شہر آنا پڑتا تھا۔ اس مارکیٹ کے قیام کے بعد جہاں درجنوں خواتین کو گھر کی دہلیز پر روزگار میسر آیا ہے وہاں پر مقامی خواتین کو گلگت شہر آنے اور بھاری کرایہ خرچ اور وقت ضائع کرنے کے جھنجھٹ سے جان چھوٹ گئی ہے ۔
شکیوٹ بارگو و دیگر قرب وجوار سے بھی خواتین اشیاء ضروریہ کی خریداری کیلئے اس مارکیٹ کا رخ کر سکتی ہیں ۔
