🔹 February Review
• Medical Eye Camp successfully conducted at the campus.
• Organizational Tour: 23 members visited Changla Gali, Nathia Gali, Donga Gali & Ayubia. Arrangements were highly appreciated.

🏅 Appreciation
• Shahrukh (Tour Team Head) received a “Token of Love” for excellent management and coordination.

🎁 Prize Distribution & Rashan Drive (1 March)
• Prizes given to 9th class students and stitching course graduates.
• Sewing machines distributed for community empowerment.
• Rashan distribution showed high demand from the community.

💰 Financial Update
• Funds urgently needed for two new rooms at Shameem Akhter Campus.
• Rashan stock and budget are currently insufficient for all registered families.

🌙 April Dedication
• April dedicated to Sheikh Rizwaan to lead Ramadan welfare and outreach programs.

💬 Open Discussion
Members shared suggestions for improving the foundation and upcoming projects. Meeting ended with gift distribution.

Rashan Drive & Prize Distribution
​Event Overview
On March 1, 2026, the Hope Foundation hosted a successful dual-purpose event at the Hope School, Shameem Akhter Campus, blending academic celebration with community welfare.
​Key Highlights
​Spiritual Opening: The program began with a soulful Tilawat-e-Quran and Naat performance by the students.
​Academic & Quiz Competitions: Students showcased their knowledge in a Seerat-e-Nabi Group Quiz and a general Quiz Competition. Top performers from the 9th Class and Nazr-e-Quran Class were honored with prizes.
​Vocational Empowerment: To promote self-reliance, graduates of the stitching class were awarded Singer Sewing Machines, providing them with the tools to earn a sustainable livelihood.
​Welfare & Joy: * A large-scale Rashan Drive provided essential food supplies to families.
​A special "Eidi for All" distribution ensured every student participated in the festive spirit.

​Minutes of General Body Meeting (GBM)

​Date: February 4, 2026

​Meeting Agenda & Proceedings

​1. Review of Eye Camp👀
The house conducted a detailed review of the recently concluded Eye Camp. The team analyzed patient turnover, logistics, and overall ex*****on to identify areas of success and improvement for future camps.

​2. Appreciation💗
The house extended special appreciation to Mr. Faysal Jawed (Head of Eye Camp). His leadership and dedication were acknowledged as key factors in the successful ex*****on of the project.

​3. Tour Update🚎
An update regarding the organizational tour was presented to the general body. The current status of the trip and necessary logistics were shared with the attendees.

​4. Emergency Funds (Shameem Akhter Campus)🚑
A critical requirement for emergency funds was tabled regarding the Shameem Akhter Campus.
​Purpose: 🏗️Construction of 2 new rooms.
​Funds Required: PKR 2,000,000 (20 Lacs).
The request was noted as a priority for infrastructure expansion.

​5. Ramzan Rashan Drive
Strategic planning for the upcoming Ramzan Rashan Drive was initiated.
​Structure: 3 Heads were appointed to lead separate teams to maximize reach.
​Target: A fundraising goal of PKR 3 Million has been set for this year's drive.

​6. Stitching Unit
An open house discussion was held regarding the Stitching Unit. Members exchanged ideas on operational improvements and the future direction of the unit.

​7. Closing
The meeting concluded with Fatiha and a collective Dua for the success of these upcoming projects.
