35 Couples United in Matrimony Through Madinah Foundation’s Mass Marriages Program
A collective wedding ceremony for 35 deserving couples was held as part of Madinah Foundation’s Mass Marriages Program, organized by The University of Faisalabad. The ceremony’s chief guest, Commissioner Faisalabad Division Ms Musarrat Jabeen, appreciated the efforts of Madinah Foundation, stating that the organization has consistently contributed to philanthropic initiatives. She remarked that in times of rising inflation, such collective marriage arrangements serve as a great relief and blessing for deserving families.
The ceremony was held at a local marriage hall in Faisalabad and renowned religious scholar Qari Niaz Ahmad, solemnized the marriages and offered prayers for the prosperous and blessed future of the newlywed couples.
Rector of The University of Faisalabad, Prof Dr Aman Ullah Malik, also addressed the gathering, extending heartfelt congratulations to all newlywed couples and their families.
Dowry packages and special gifts were presented to the brides as part of the welfare support initiative of Madinah Foundation. A dinner was also arranged for more than 1,500 guests attending the ceremony.
Faculty members, deans, and students from various departments of TUF actively participated in organizing and supporting the event, reflecting strong community engagement and institutional collaboration.
The ceremony concluded with emotional scenes of gratitude and joy as the parents of the newlywed couples expressed deep appreciation for Madinah Foundation’s efforts in facilitating a dignified and supportive matrimonial event for deserving families.
