Christian Girl Falsely Accused After Resisting Assault — A Cry for Justice in Pakistan -
During the sacred month of Christmas, the Christian community in Pakistan is facing a painful wave of violence, injustice, and fear. These are not isolated incidents—they reflect a deep and ongoing pattern of persecution against vulnerable Christian families, especially women and children.
In Balochistan, a powerful and influential man, Dawood Khan, attempted to sexually assault Laiba Patras, a 20-year-old Christian girl working as a domestic servant in his home. Believing that her poverty and Christian faith would silence her, he abused his power. When she bravely resisted and spoke out, he retaliated by filing a false theft case against her with the police—turning the victim into the accused.
Sadly, this cruelty mirrors many other heartbreaking events that have taken place this very month:
• On December 5, a Christian pastor was brutally murdered in front of his young daughter.
• On December 9, a 14-year-old Christian girl was abducted, gang-raped, and then thrown at the door of her widowed mother, left to die.
• Now, another young Christian girl is being crushed under false accusations simply for refusing abuse.
These are not just headlines. These are broken families, traumatized children, and a community crying out for justice.
Why is such hatred rising during the season that celebrates peace, hope, and the birth of our Savior?
We humbly ask you to PRAY for Christians in Pakistan.
Pray for protection, justice, healing, and strength.
Pray for a safe and peaceful Christmas for ALL—especially for the innocent, the poor, and the persecuted.
May the LORD who sees all injustice arise, defend the oppressed, and bring His peace where fear now reigns.
