ORIENTATION SESSION WITH NEW STUDENTS BATCH 24-28.

Today, during our orientation session, our HOD introduced us to the fascinating world of Food Science and Technology. We learned about the importance of lab equipment and testing methods to ensure food safety and quality. He also highlighted how food science goes beyond just food – focusing on preservation techniques and using food to combat diseases by developing innovative products.

Our HOD is not only talented but also incredibly cooperative and motivating, always encouraging students to gain skills and excel in their field. Feeling inspired to dive deeper into this amazing discipline.
