In the heart of Garam Chashma, Yaran e Khair proudly organized the Teach Better Program, a 3-day hands-on professional development workshop for local teachers, facilitated by a team of carefully selected educators.
Bringing together teachers from different schools for three days of learning, collaboration, and professional growth was an achievement in itself. The workshop created a space where educators shared experiences, explored practical teaching strategies, discovered new ways to engage students, and strengthened their skills together.
Our vision extended far beyond the teachers in the room. By investing in educators, we invest in every student they teach. The knowledge, confidence, and practical tools gained during these three days will continue to create a ripple effect in classrooms across the region, benefiting countless young learners for years to come.
