Salaam everyone, we are looking forward to sharing updates in the coming days about the first women’s health & hygiene seminar we facilitated for the local villagers 🌹. We want to emphasize that, while we appreciate the generosity of donations that sustains our mission, your support in raising awareness and advocating for Gaza is crucial to addressing the urgent needs of the people affected by this crisis.

As ardent advocates for providing free health services to the most underprivileged communities worldwide, we are deeply moved by the dedicated efforts of doctors, surgeons, and healthcare workers on the front lines in Gaza. Our hearts are heavy with concern for the current situation on the ground, where hospitals face bombing, infectious diseases spread due to inadequate cleanliness and medical supplies, and the severe shortages of clean water and essential medicines exacerbate the challenges faced by innocent civilians in Gaza.

While we continue our mission to improve health in this rural village in Pakistan, our hearts remain in solidarity with the people of Palestine 🇵🇸 🇵🇰

Greetings everyone 💜 It’s been a while since we updated, so here’s a glimpse into the clinic's past week~ Nurse Azra has been diligently tending to an array of healthcare needs. From acute respiratory infections to hypertension, from caring for a child with impetigo to managing urinary tract infections.

Even though we're separated by thousands of miles and challenged by limited technology & wifi in the remote mountains of Pakistan, your ongoing support continues to create a meaningful impact every single day 🌎

Bidding a heartfelt farewell to our esteemed Dr. Fawad, who dedicated 2 years of service to our humble non-profit clinic. To fill his significant shoes, we're delighted to welcome Dr. Rahman on board. An accomplished graduate of Khyber Medical University, Dr. Rahman's illustrious background includes working in diverse units - from surgery and dermatology to urology and emergency - at Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar. Trained in the opioid crisis, first aid protocols, medicine administration, and much more, he carries an arsenal of medical expertise 🏥

As he joins us at Nagar Women's Health House, we look forward to amplifying our mission of providing access to qualified medical professionals to the villagers in the Chitral region 🏔️
