Establishment
The Guardian Welfare Organization (TG) was established in 2004 by a few friends after long discussion and brain storming. Following were the founding members of TG.

• Zafar Abbas Zaheer
• Muhammad Bukhsh Naeem
• Muhammad Salman Arshad Khan
• Hafiz Abdul Rehman
• Mumtaz Hussain
The founders have had the long list of problems being faced by the poor and depriv
ed society. Few Major of which are as follows;
Poverty and Unemployment
Illiteracy
Social Injustice
Unavailability of Health Facilities
All above listed problems were of key importance at their own level whereas on the other hand resources were a little. The founding members after detailed discussion in many sittings, arrived at a decision that the Education is a field which can be worked for in spite of scare resources and is of prime importance. They also decided that other likeminded and sympathetic people should also be included in this noble cause by providing them a suitable and reliable platform; so that collective efforts could be made for educational development in the society. Hence, an organization was created with the name of “The Guardian Welfare Organization” and shortly called as ‘TG”. SOURCE OF FUNDING
All the funds are collected from respected members of the TG. Each member contributes according to his will and capacity; generally on monthly basis. The regular funding method is key to Organization as it defines the capacity to induct new student with reliability to continue their support. However, non-schedules funds are also received especially Zakat and Cherm-e-Qurbani. METHOD OF STUDENT SELECTION AND FINANCING
Students are selected based on their performance in past examination. Each candidate is evaluated against standards criteria set for the purpose. Whereas, funding is decided based on his expenditure, performance and most importantly the financial capability of his parents.
