The (IDEAS) believes in enhancing the capacity of female especially from the backward areas of the district including the women from minority the adversely underprivileged segment of the contemporary society. The overall goal of (IDEAS) is to advance socio-economic status of indigenous communities who are deprived of unfair power structure, injustice and inequality. Its motive is to make Sindh fre

Promotion and Protection of livelihood resources, human rights including women and children rights, gender equality, and sustainable land use management and empowerment of Minority, are fundamental objectives of (IDEAS) activities. (IDEAS) also focuses on enhancing positive role of media and engaging them in entire process of change by building capacity of Youth. Another main task of (IDEAS) is to provide relief and rehabilitation to natural and manmade disaster affected populations through providing livelihood opportunities and strengthening education systems. (IDEAS) Emphasis on development of social and physical infrastructures by enhancing human skills through capacity building and awareness programs. (IDEAS) is well-versed and possesses strong context with different segments of the communities, Government Department Officials and other stakeholders in these districts. In order to make the program result-oriented, capacity building and trainings of the staff has been the core of our management policy. Similarly, transparency in the management and finance system is ensured by office of internal over sight of (IDEAS) and by taking the audits on regular basis.
