We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and dedicated Male Assistant Warden to provide a nurturing environment for orphaned children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and care to children in need.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Create a warm, welcoming, and safe space for orphaned children.
2. Emotional Support and Guidance: Offer emotional support, guidance, and counseling to help children cope with their experiences.
3. Daily Care and Routine: Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding children.
4. Education and Development: Support children's educational and developmental needs, including homework assistance and extracurricular activities.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the child's social worker, teachers, and other relevant professionals.
