A morning of quiet wins and well-earned recognition.

From Housekeeping, Front Office, Commercial Arts, Cookery, to Garments—each name called carried a story of effort, patience, and showing up even on the hard days.

Today wasn’t just about certificates, but about progress that often goes unseen.

Before the activity closed, a simple but grounding reminder was shared by the Training Center Superintendent : Excellence goes hand in hand with discipline, courtesy, and keeping a space where everyone feels safe and respected.

Keep going—steady, inspired, and unshaken. 💙

CONGRATULATIONS!

Stitched to Slay ✨

Each piece—mapa-flowy man or bolero Filipiniana—hindi lang basta gawa, kundi collab ng two creative minds behind every stitch, then brought to life by the one who wears it.

Designed and made by clients taking Garments Technology, guided by their Vocational Instructor, Ms. Juvy Basinillo—this is teamwork at its finest.

Galing ito sa creative hands ng Persons with Disabilities in AVRC—proof na ability, passion, at artistry always stand out.

From idea to tahi hanggang full-on slay—creativity with purpose. 💙

OWN IT. LEAD IT. AVRC III DELIVERS.

AVRC III brought energy and purpose to learning through its Capacity Building on Administrative Accountability, the Safe Spaces Act, and Workplace Conduct—empowering staff to lead with integrity, respect, and professionalism. More than just a session, it strengthened accountability and fostered a safe, inclusive, and harmonious workplace.

This meaningful initiative, under the leadership of Training Center Superintendent Ms. Abegai Luna-Timtim, highlights a strong commitment to the betterment of staff and the enhancement of workplace relationships.

With the guidance of Atty. Al-Jazzer Usad, Ms. Jinalyn O. Ulanghutan, and Ms. Emari Luna Bocalig, the activity became even more impactful—equipping the AVRC III team with the knowledge and inspiration to build a more respectful, responsive, and client -centered work environment.
