Text: Matthew 6:25–33

Many people have many needs, and because of these things, we worry.

But Jesus does not deny that we experience difficulties. Instead, He reminds us:

DO NOT BE ANXIOUS. GOD CARES.

Worry cannot change our tomorrow, but it can rob us of today.

When tension grows, our character shows. Difficult situations reveal what is inside our hearts and where our trust is.

When we pray, we also need to understand that God’s answers may be different.

Sometimes the answer is YES.
Sometimes it is NO.
Sometimes the answer is WAIT.

Whatever the answer may be, praise God. 🙏

Jesus tells us:

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.”

So let us continue to seek God and live our lives in obedience to Him, because He holds our tomorrow.

Tomorrow will worry about itself.

And every morning, we are reminded that His grace is new every morning. 🤍

If we are Christians and truly want to follow Christ, Jesus calls us to take up our cross and follow Him.

There may be difficulties. There may be things we do not understand. There may be prayers we have to wait for.

But whatever happens—

DO NOT WORRY. GOD CARES.

Praise Him when the answer is yes.
Praise Him when the answer is no.
Praise Him while you wait.

Keep seeking Him. Keep trusting Him. Keep following Him.

Text: Luke 19:1–10

There are times when God calls us—not because He wants to condemn us, but because He has a good plan for our lives and wants us to know Him.

The story of Zacchaeus reminds us that no matter how broken our past is, God can still change our lives.

Zacchaeus was a tax collector. His life was not easy, and he had more enemies than friends because of the things he had done. But despite his past, he had a strong desire to see Jesus.

There were hindrances. He was short, and the crowd was blocking his way. But Zacchaeus did not allow those things to stop him.

He climbed a sycamore tree just to see Jesus. 🌳

And Jesus saw him.

The Lord sees your effort. He sees your struggles. He knows your thoughts and He knows your heart.

Jesus called Zacchaeus down and said that He would go to his house.

That encounter with Jesus changed everything.

Zacchaeus did not simply say that he believed. His life showed that he had truly repented. He confessed what he had done and returned what he had taken from others—even giving back four times what he had wrongfully taken.

That is what true repentance looks like.

When we encounter God’s grace, it changes the way we live.

God turned Zacchaeus’ life upside down—not to destroy him, but to restore him. ❤️

And that same grace is still available to us today.

Maybe you are facing many problems.
Maybe you are struggling to change.
Maybe your past is something you are ashamed of.

Padayon lang.

It may be difficult, but it is possible when the Lord is with you.

The most beautiful thing that happened to Zacchaeus was not the money he returned or the life he changed.

It was that he received salvation. 🙏

Jesus came into his life, and everything began to change.

So when God calls you, answer Him.
When He leads you, follow Him.
When He corrects you, listen to Him.
And when His grace reaches you, let it transform you.

Because no past is too broken, no life is too far gone, and no change is impossible when Jesus is in your life.

Budlay, pero posible—kung ang Ginoo yara sa imo. 🤍

"NEVER LET GO"
John 15:9–11

There will be moments when we feel tired, discouraged, and uncertain. Moments when fear makes us want to give up.

But the message is simple:

NEVER LET GO.

Jesus said, “I am the true vine.”

Just as a branch cannot live apart from the vine, we cannot live a meaningful Christian life apart from Christ. We need to remain in Him, trust Him completely, and depend on Him every single day.

Ang gugma sang Diyos isa ka dulot nga grasya. 🤍

Sometimes, when we forget God’s love, fear and discouragement begin to take control. But remember—just like a parent who refuses to let go of their child, God continues to stay, guide, correct, and love us.

If we truly love the Lord, our love should be seen through our actions.

Jesus said, “If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love.”

We cannot say we love Christ while refusing to follow His Word. Our obedience is a response to the love He has already given us.

So when you are discouraged—don't let go.
When you are hurting—don't let go.
When you don't understand—don't let go.

Go back to His Word.
Remember His promises.
Remember His faithfulness.
Remember His love.

Because our joy does not depend on our circumstances—our joy depends on Christ. ✨

Never let go of the Vine.
Never let go of His Word.
Never let go of His love.
Never let go of His joy.

Remain in Him. Trust Him. Depend on Him every day. Follow His Word.

And above all—

NEVER LET GO.

EBENEZER: ANG DIYOS NAGBULIG SA ATON 🙏
God With Us: Emmanuel 🤍
1 Samuel 7

“Ebenezer” reminds us of one powerful truth: The Lord has helped us this far.

Just as the Ark of the Covenant reminded God’s people of His presence, we are also reminded that God has never left us. He provides for our needs, guides us, protects us, and continually extends His grace toward us.

• The Lord provides for our needs.
• Just as God provided manna, He continues to provide what we need in His perfect time and way.
•Ang grasya halin sa Diyos, kag dapat gid kita magpasalamat sa Iya.

Sometimes, God’s divine intervention comes into our lives to help us return to the right path and walk in His light. Whatever our situation may be, indi gid kita magpalayo sa presensya sang Ginoo.

There may be times when we feel lost, tired, or overwhelmed, but let us always remember:

Let go of everything, but never let go of God.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. 🤍

No matter what we have been through, we can look back and say:

“Ebenezer — Thus far, the Lord has helped us.” 🙌

✨ Indi gid kita magkalipat kag magpalayo sa Iya nga presensya.
Kay ang Diyos ara upod sa aton — Emmanuel, God With Us. 🤍

Theme: Fix Our Eyes on Jesus
Text: Matthew 14:28–33

No matter how strong the storm may be, our Savior is always stronger.

Last Sunday, we were reminded through Peter's experience that our Christian life should always be centered on Christ.

Four truths we learned:
• Focus on Jesus, not on the storm.
• Follow His voice in faith and obedience.
• Fight Fear by trusting that Jesus is greater than every trial.
• Forefend—Jesus is our Protector, Defender, and Savior who never leaves us when we begin to sink.

Like Peter, there are times when we become distracted by the worries and struggles of life. But the moment we fix our eyes back on Jesus, we find hope, strength, and the assurance that He is always reaching out His hand to save us.

"Lord, save me." — Matthew 14:30

May we continue to keep our eyes on Christ, walk by faith, and trust Him through every storm.

Last Sunday was truly a special and blessed occasion as Arao Baptist Church officially welcomed and installed our new Pastor, Pastor Prince Lory Bert Caraig.

Through God's Word, we were reminded of the 4 H's in Welcoming Your Pastor:

H - Help your Pastor by supporting him as he faithfully serves the Lord.

H - Honor your Pastor by showing respect for the calling God has given him.

H - Hug your Pastor by encouraging him with love and kindness, remembering that God's servants also face challenges and need our support.

H - Hold your Pastor Up by faithfully praying for him, his family, and the ministry God has entrusted to him.

May we, as a church family, continue to stand together in love, unity, and prayer as we begin this new chapter under the leadership of Pastor Prince Caraig.

Welcome to the Arao Baptist Church family, Pastor! We are praying that God will use you mightily for His glory.

To God be all the glory! 🙌

Sunday Service Recap | Philippians 1:3–11

Life Has Changed Through Jesus Christ

The Apostle Paul wrote these words while he was in prison, yet his heart was filled with gratitude, joy, confidence, love, and prayer. His life is a powerful reminder that a life in Christ is a good life, regardless of circumstances.

5 Things to Remember:

1️⃣ Be thankful to God always.
Even in trials and difficulties, we can choose to give thanks because God remains faithful.

2️⃣ Find joy in praying for others.
True joy is reflected in our attitude and our concern for fellow believers.

3️⃣ Trust that God will finish what He started.
The God who began a good work in us will continue shaping and strengthening us until the day of Christ Jesus.

4️⃣ Love one another sincerely.
Having experienced God's love, we are called to share that same love with others.

5️⃣ Pray for the growth and well-being of others.
Though we are not perfect, God continues to work in our lives so that we may become instruments of His grace.

No matter where we are in life, God is still at work. Let us live with thankful hearts, joyful spirits, unwavering faith, genuine love, and constant prayer.

May our lives continually reflect the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

"A Christian Life Can Make a Difference"

The life of Tabitha (Dorcas) reminds us that faith is not only something we believe—it is something we live. A life surrendered to Christ reflects His love through our actions, kindness, and service to others.

Align your life with godly values.
Let your faith create a positive impact.
Serve the Lord through ministry and good works.
Reflect Christ so that others may see Him through you.

One day, people will remember something about our lives. Will they remember our faith, our good deeds, and the love of Christ reflected in us? Or will they remember our shortcomings more than our testimony?

May our lives point others to Jesus, and may we be remembered as faithful believers who made a difference in the lives of others.
