human life through wholistic and transformational development programs and projects.
2. To create and provide a program and project that will empower the poor, the basic and marginalized sectors, and transform poverty groups and individuals into entrepreneurs to lift themselves out of poverty;
3. To respond to the emergency needs of calamities and disaster victims,facilitates and provide assistance for their rehabilitation;
4. To establish, strengthens linkages with the National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), Private Voluntary Organizations (PVOs)/NGOs and foundations in the country and from other parts of the world for resource mobilization and utilization towards more effective service delivery;
5. To become the conduit/linkage of government, non-government organizations (NGOs) and missions organizations development programs and projects for each basic sectors;
6. To act as coordinator and partners in facilitating and providing training: or giving lectures, seminar-workshops, conference and other short term courses and training programs;
7. To involve each sector actively in the task of nation-building through transformational community development programs and projects;
8. To provide an alternative and innovative training program that will prepare men and women as missionaries/church planters thus giving them an opportunity to learn the call to mission and ways to effectively serve the needy communities;
9. To facilitate the adoption of missionaries/church planters and the communities that serves as the church planting target areas, and communicate the corporate vision of I CARE and the need for its training program and project funding grants;
10. To receive, accept donations, endowments,grants, legacies and instruments conformably with existing applicable statutes;

I CARE is a non profit, non stock Christian NGO committed to empowering the basic and marginalized sectors of the philippine society lift themselves out of poverty. I CARE works hand in hand with local churches in integral mission for each basic sector, to enable them to become all God intend them to be. The ministry responds to the emergency needs of calamities and disaster victims, facilitates and provides assistance for their rehabilitation, carries out community development programs and projects for each marginalized sectors and communities. As an integral mission-driven Christian NGO, whose mission is to provide individuals and sectoral communities the opportunities to experience fullness of life. We provide them with opportunities to lead self-sufficient, responsible and dignified lives, demonstrating this through love and service to their community. NOTE: Integral mission or wholistic transformation is the
proclamation and demonstration of the gospel.
