The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has established pay rules regarding the payment of wages for Regular Holidays, Special (Non-Working) Days, and Special (Working) Days for 2027.

Under Proclamation No. 1427, Series of 2026, issued by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., this directive aims to uphold workers’ rights and welfare by ensuring proper wage treatment for Filipino workers on both holidays and non-working days.
