The Department of External Affairs serves as the SAMAHAN Central Board’s main arm for external engagements, operating under the Office of the SAMAHAN President while also coordinating both external partnerships and internal stakeholder relations.

To the University Community,

In preparation for the historic 1st Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliamentary Elections, we invite our faculty members, students, and university personnel to come together in prayer, seeking God’s guidance and praying for safe, peaceful, orderly, and meaningful elections.

As the Bangsamoro people exercise their right to vote and shape the future of their region, may we unite in prayer for the guidance of voters, the integrity of the electoral process, the safety of all involved, and the common good of the Bangsamoro community.

Let us gather as one university community in solidarity, hope, and prayer, entrusting the elections and the Bangsamoro people to God.

May our prayers be a source of peace, discernment, and hope as the Bangsamoro writes another chapter in its democratic journey.
