From being a social work student to becoming a Registered Social Worker what a journey it has been.
Three years in service, habang nagtatrabaho at sabay na hinahabol ang pangarap na maging RSW, hindi biro ang pinagdaanan mo. The journey was never easy, but your dedication to helping people and your genuine love for Social Work kept you going.
Classmates tayo noong college, and I remember seeing your heart for Social Work even back then. Naalala ko pa when you approached us during one of our college days for something related to the profession, simple moment lang siya, but somehow, hindi ko talaga nakalimutan. It was one of those moments where I saw the kind of Social Worker you were becoming.
And now, look at you. RSW ka na. ๐ฅน
Mas special pa because our stories are somehow closely similar we both had to work while pursuing this profession, and we both know how challenging it is to continue chasing the dream while carrying the responsibilities of work and life.
Kaya sobrang proud ako saโyo, meemmm. You truly deserve this title not only because you passed the board exam, but because even before the letters โRSWโ were attached to your name, you were already living out what it means to be a Social Worker.
