Only a few days left to settle your FY 2026–2027 dues.

Please complete your Chapter Dues and National Dues on or before September 30, 2026 to avoid additional charges.

⚠️ Starting October 1, 2026, the applicable 10% penalty will be imposed on unsettled dues.

For your Chapter Dues, simply use our Chapter Dues Payment Portal to:

✅ Check your current Chapter Dues balance
✅ Submit your payment details
✅ Update your membership information
✅ Keep your chapter records up to date

UAP Makati Greenbelt Chapter was honored to celebrate its 41st Anniversary alongside distinguished industry leaders. We were joined by guests, UAP national officers, Keynote Speaker Ar. Richard M. Garcia (Past National President of the UAP and President & CEO of GALA Architecture), and Guest Speaker Mr. Mike Jugo (President of Ayala Land Premier and Alveo Land, Senior VP of Ayala Land), who each shared inspiring perspectives on leadership and purposeful development. 💫

The chapter also gratefully received a warm message of support from Senator Kiko Pangilinan.💚

Having these respected voices share our milestone homecoming provides meaningful encouragement as our newly inducted officers begin their term.✨

During our 41st Anniversary, past chapter presidents gathered to witness and celebrate this shared milestone, bringing together decades of dedication, service, and vision that helped shape UAP MGBC into the vibrant community it is today.

Having our past leaders stand side by side with the incoming team was a genuine reminder of continuity and family. While fiscal years pass, the spirit of mentorship and camaraderie remains unbroken across generations, and we thank our past presidents for keeping our chapter grounded as we move forward together. 🙌🏻

There is something special about celebrating a milestone in the place that shares your name. 💫

Last August 31, 2026, the United Architects of the Philippines Makati Greenbelt Chapter held its 41st Anniversary and Induction Ceremonies at the Ayala Museum. Because it took place right in the heart of Greenbelt, the gathering felt like a genuine homecoming for everyone present.🌤️🫂

Fun fact: While UAP Makati Greenbelt just marked 41 years, the Ayala Museum has been around even longer. Established in 1967, the museum has stood as a Makati cultural landmark for 59 years.
