💔 THE PEOPLE OF CALAYAN NEED YOUR HELP💔
Supertyphoon Nando, compounded by a recent earthquake has left Calayan Island in a great distress.
The swelling of the river and the surge of the sea struck coastal areas, with strong waves washing away houses and damaging bangkas—boats that many residents rely on for transporting goods and sustaining their livelihoods.
For days, our kababayans have endured life without electricity, no network access, and with the only hope of survival in evacuation centers and makeshift shelters.
The compounded impact of these calamities has placed our communities in urgent need of relief and recovery support.
Now more than ever, we are called to rise together.
The Youth Alliance of Brave Islanders appeals to your generosity and compassion.
Every peso, every pack of goods, every act of kindness—no matter how small—can bring comfort and hope to those who have lost so much.
