BACOLOD COPS NAB 2 SUSPECTS IN PHP14.28M ‘SHABU’ STING OPERATION
BACOLOD CITY – Operatives of the Bacolod City Police seized 2.1 kg of suspected shabu, valued at PHP14.28 million, from two individuals during a buy-bust operation in Purok Camonsil, Brgy. 3, on Saturday morning, the Police Regional Office - Negros Island Region (PRO-NIR) reported.

PHP1.4M WORTH OF ‘SHABU’ SEIZED IN ILOILO DRUG BUY-BUST
ILOILO CITY — A high-value drug suspect was arrested and around PHP1.4 million worth of suspected “shabu” (crystal m**h) was seized in a buy-bust operation in Di**le, Iloilo, on Friday, May 22.
The operation was conducted along Devera Street in Brgy. Poblacion following weeks of intelligence monitoring and case build-up by operatives of the Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6).

3 NABBED IN ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR MARITIME ANTI-SMUGGLING OPERATION
PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — Three men were arrested during a maritime anti-smuggling operation in Brgy. Sugod, Tukuran town, early Friday morning, May 22.
The Zamboanga del Sur Maritime Police Station said the seaborne patrol operation was launched at 3:15 a.m. in coordination with the Tukuran Municipal Police Station.

9,000 VIOLATORS FLAGGED IN WESTERN VISAYAS ORDINANCE DRIVE
ILOILO CITY — The Police Regional Office 6 (PRO 6) has intensified its crackdown on local ordinance violators across Western Visayas as part of its campaign to maintain peace, order, and public discipline in communities throughout the region.
A consolidated report covering operations from May 1 to 22 showed that police units from provincial and city offices arrested or flagged a total of 9,211 violators across the region.

PNP PROBES ‘SECRET MEETINGS’ IN MISSING ‘SABUNGEROS’ CASE
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) has ordered a thorough investigation into alleged “secret meetings” between relatives of missing “sabungeros” (cockfighting enthusiasts) and dismissed police officers linked to the disappearance case.
PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said investigators are determining whether other police personnel helped facilitate the meetings following the relief of two officers who became the subject of complaints before the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM).

COUPLE ARRESTED IN BATANGAS CITY OVER PHP1.4M WORTH OF SHABU
BATANGAS — Authorities arrested a couple allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade and tagged as high-value individuals during a buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the Batangas City Police Station in Brgy. Sta. Clara.
The suspects were identified only by their aliases “Bogs,” 45, and his live-in partner, “Bopak,” 44, a fish vendor.
