​The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) provided relief assistance to 33 displaced families currently staying at an evacuation facility by serving 97 hot meals, along with Gardenia bread, 3-in-1 coffee, and bottled water.

In addition, health lectures on Dengue and Leptospirosis prevention with IEC distribution were delivered to all evacuees, while children and adults received necessary over-the-counter medicines and vitamins.

The activity provided an opportunity to present the VCA findings to community stakeholders and collaboratively develop action plans that address identified risks, strengthen local capacities, and promote community-led resilience.

The Philippine Red Cross – Tarlac Chapter went to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Tarlac Province to meet with Provincial Director Zotico Gerson A. Villanueva Jr.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss matters of mutual interest, strengthen coordination, and explore collaborative initiatives between the Philippine Red Cross and the DILG in support of humanitarian services and community resilience across the province.

Together, we continue to foster meaningful partnerships in building safer, healthier, and more resilient communities.

‎PCOL. Harry R. Lorenzo III, Provincial Police Director, also formally took his oath as a mandated member of the Board of Directors, signifying his commitment to support and strengthen the mission of the organization.

Equipping future leaders with critical emergency response skills! In celebration of the 2026 National CPR Caravan, the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Tarlac Chapter conducted a comprehensive CPR Lecture and Demonstration on July 30, 2026, at CIT Colleges of Paniqui Foundation, Inc.

Supported by 5 mobilized chapter instructors and staff, the interactive training successfully equipped 131 second-year and third-year college students with practical resuscitation techniques and immediate life support protocols.

The Philippine Red Cross – Tarlac Chapter, through Project NARRA – Roots for Resilience, successfully concluded Batch 2 of the Two-Day Technical Training on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Climate Change Adaptation (CCA), and Protection, Gender, and Inclusion (PGI) conducted on July 28–29, 2026, at the Old SB Hall, Ramos, Tarlac.

The training equipped participants with essential knowledge and skills while strengthening partnerships to build safer, more inclusive, and climate-resilient communities.

Together, we continue to make a lasting impact through preparedness, collaboration, and resilience.

CPR CARAVAN 2026

We were at San Juan Bautista Elementary School today, July 29, 2026, to share life‑saving knowledge through our CPR Lecture and Demonstration! 🫀

We trained 217 participants – our dedicated faculty and staff, plus learners from Grades 4, 5, and 6 – on the basics of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Learning these simple steps can make a life‑saving difference when it matters most.
