The Learner Government Coordinating Council (LGCC) of Tarlac Information and Communication Technology High School successfully conducted its First LGCC Meeting on June 5, 2026.

Student leaders from the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Batang Empowered Resilient Team (BERT), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB), and Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Outfit 279 gathered to discuss and prepare for the upcoming Opening of School Year 2026โ€“2027.

The meeting served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among learner organizations, share updates and insights, and ensure a coordinated approach in carrying out programs and activities that will benefit the entire student body.

The installation ceremony was formally led by Dr. Rommel P. Reginaldo, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) of the San Manuel District, who conferred upon Sir Webster the full authority and honor of leading TICTHS as it continues to grow as a center of ICT-driven learning and academic excellence.

Bearing witness to this momentous occasion was Dr. Rhea B. Madamba, PSDS of the Moncada North District, alongside the esteemed school heads of both the Moncada North and San Manuel Districts.
