They say, being the 1st Runner-Up is one of the hardest places to finish. Kasi sobrang lapit mo na sa pagiging champion.
You were almost there. You gave everything you had, fought until the end, but still fell just one step short of the title.
But still, we choose to look beyond that. After years of waiting, DCT finally made it back to the championship. And that alone shows how far this team has come.
From being students of Game On Volleyball Camp, seeing you step onto the court, fight for every point, and make it all the way to the finals makes us incredibly proud.
Hindi man natin nakuha ang championship this time, pero being the 1st Runner-Up doesn’t mean you weren’t good enough. You gave your best, you fought hard, and you proved that you deserved to be there.
This may not have been the ending we were hoping for, but we’re still celebrating you and everything you achieved.
