Yap National High School (Formerly Tarlac National High School โ€” Annex) Conference Hall, alongside other school organization officers, in the presence of School Head and Principal II, Dr. Raquel G. Bautista, and Hon. Sergio Canapi Jr., Barangay Captain of San Miguel.
