There are people who teach us lessons, and there are people who become part of the reason we keep learning. Today, we celebrate the people who do both.

at sa bawat paulit-ulit na pagtuturo,
may isang gurong patuloy na naniniwala
kahit minsan, kami mismo, hindi na naniniwala sa sarili namin.

Another week, another small step toward a cleaner and greener TNHS!

For the 9th week of PaperCycle, our YES-O officers, representatives, committee members, and other volunteers took some time to sort and organize a pile of papers that had already been collected.

Simple as it may seem, sorting helps keep our collected papers organized and ready for their next purpose. Every little effort counts when we work together.

some are written in our notebooks,
but the best ones are the lessons we carry with us even after the bell rings.

To our teachers, thank you for the patience, the reminders, the โ€œkaya mo โ€™yan,โ€ and even the little moments that make school days a little lighter.

Hindi man namin masabi palagi, we appreciate everything you do for us. You teach us more than whatโ€™s written in the books and you help us grow, one lesson at a time.

Another week of collecting and giving used paper a new purpose! For Week 8 of PaperCycle, our YES-O officers, representatives, and committee members continued visiting classrooms to collect the scratch papers gathered in their designated boxes.

Hindi man kalakihan ang bawat papel, malaking bagay ang bawat ambag. Sa simpleng pagtatabi ng scratch paper, nakakatulong tayo sa pagbawas ng paper waste at pagpapanatili ng kalinisan sa ating paaralan.

Maraming salamat sa bawat classroom at student na patuloy na nakikiisa.

Today, weโ€™re celebrating the birthday of our YES-O President, Ashley Nicole.

Another year older, another year wiser and hopefully, another year of making good choicesโ€ฆ lalo na pagdating sa kalikasan.
