𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Last November 19, 2025, the Negros Occidental Scholars’ Associations from CHMSU, TUPV, and USLS led by the Scholars’ Association in Region VI—successfully carried out a Donation Drive for the communities affected by Typhoon Tino in Brgy. Robles, La Castellana, and Moises Padilla, Magallon.

Weeks may have passed, but many families continue to struggle silently. With this, DOST Scholars, concerned citizens, DOST Region VI, and the Negros Occidental PSTO came together to extend help where it is needed most.
This effort reflects not only our commitment to academic excellence, but also our shared responsibility to uplift communities during challenging times. Through unity, compassion, and genuine volunteerism, we can create small acts that lead to meaningful impact.

Scholars, let us continue to serve, inspire, and be of help. 𝙇𝙖𝙜𝙞’𝙩-𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙞, 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙎𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣.

𝗜𝗦𝗞𝗢𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 is an initiative built on collaboration to foster student learning, connection, and growth. Its goal is to strengthen leadership journeys through shared experiences and the relationships students build together.

The DOST-SEI CHMSU Scholars’ Association is now officially opening its 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for all DOST Scholars of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University.
