‎ ‎
To the heart and soul of the SMCTI Business Administration Program— our incredible faculty, mentors, and educators, thank you for everything you do.
‎ ‎
Beyond the lessons, presentations, and business concepts, you teach us things that we carry with us outside the classroom. You guide us, challenge us to grow, remind us of our potential, and inspire us to become not only better professionals but better people. Your patience, dedication, and genuine care for your students do not go unnoticed, and the impact you make reaches far beyond what can be taught in a classroom.
‎ ‎
Today, we celebrate and appreciate you, the people who continue to guide, inspire, and believe in us. Thank you for being part of our journey and for helping shape the future we are working toward.

On October 2, 2026, the BSBA students, together with the faculty members, successfully conducted their Good Governance and Social Responsibility in partnership with Clp, The “Household Ecological Governance and Waste Segregation Audit,” in Brgy. San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte. The activity carried the theme “Pamilya ug Palibot: Strengthening Household Civic Duty Through Ecological Governance.” As part of the activity, four labeled trash bins were turned over to the community to support proper waste segregation and responsible waste management. The students also conducted door-to-door household visits, waste segregation evaluations, peer education, and the distribution of visual educational guides, encouraging households to practice proper waste segregation and environmental responsibility.

The activity was made possible through the active participation of the BSBA students, the guidance and support of the faculty members, and the cooperation and participation of the community. It provided the students with an opportunity to apply what they had learned in BA Core 4 while engaging with and serving the community. The experience highlighted that environmental responsibility begins at home, and that small, collective actions can contribute to a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable community.

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐘 𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃 🌿✨

As our 4th-year 𝑩𝑺𝑩𝑨 𝑭𝑰𝑵𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑰𝑨𝑳 𝑴𝑨𝑵𝑨𝑮𝑬𝑴𝑬𝑵𝑻 students approach the final chapter of their college journey, this retreat provides a meaningful opportunity to pause from academic responsibilities, reflect on their experiences, and renew their sense of purpose as future business professionals. 🎓

A Palanca letter serves as a meaningful expression of encouragement, appreciation, and support. Through sincere words, may we remind our students of the people who believe in their capabilities and continue to support them as they face the challenges and opportunities that come with their academic and professional journey.

As future business leaders and professionals, may this retreat encourage them to reflect not only on the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout their years in Business Administration, but also on the values, principles, and purpose that will guide them beyond the classroom.

Let us help make this retreat a meaningful milestone by sharing words that inspire our 4th-year BSBA students to remain determined, grounded, and committed as they take another step toward their future. 🤍
