According to study, as of 2019, only 6% of those aged 15 and above have basic internet skills, while only 2% have standard digital skills. Less than 1% of those aged 15+ have advanced digital skills.

For a country that is considered among the world's top social media user, the nation's state when it comes to Computer and Internet literacy is very dismal.

The Green Organization of Youth for Environment and Society in partnership with Jaywee Canila Batasin-in CompShop, launched the E-Learning Program for every disadvantaged young ones living in Brgy Maparat. Young people who are deserving, and enthusiastic to learn ay mahatagaan og higayon na mahatagan og libreng E-Learning Session og explore sa Computer and the Internet World!!!

This program is to give emphasis on the importance of education among young individuals of Barangay Maparat while giving them opportunity to explore the computer and the internet world.

Our People Need You


is a fundraising effort to provide food and medicine for the less fortunate people...that are greatly affected by COVID-19. In times of distress and suffering, our vulnerable people need help as they prepare to face the threat of COVID-19.

Who we are?
Green Organization of Youth for Environment & Society (GOYES) is a non-profit organization and youth-initiative action that are in the pursuit of promoting and empowering our young people, while making a difference to our society and environment both cultural and natural.

When? Since 2010, GOYES have been experiencing storms and ups and downs journey yet just like a mountain it still standing firm, and just like a bamboo it dances with the storms...Our journey might not be easy but we are very thankful for the learnings and lessons it gives time after time.
