Notice how quiet we've been?

That's because we've been cooking something really BIG.

Here's the truth nobody's saying out loud:

85% of aspiring VAs don't fail on the job.

They fail on the discovery call.
They fail in the interview.
They fail before they even start.

Not because they don't know what to do,
but because they don't know what to say.

What to ask.
How to position.
What to charge.
How to close.

So we built something for that.

What if you just had to read…
and we took care of the rest?

Tomorrow. 6PM. ā°

Looking back at my very first video makes me laugh now! Learning to speed ramp on a phone was a challenge, but seeing how far I've come as an editor is incredibly rewarding. It's amazing what you can learn and create.

The biggest hurdle in content creation isn't skill, it's starting. Embrace the process, put in the effort, and execute properly. The rewards are far greater than any hesitation you might feel.

It's fascinating how sharing valuable content in videos naturally draws in people curious about courses and coaching. You don't always need a direct call to action; genuine help and education speak for themselves.

Here's a pattern I see more often than most business owners want to admit.

A company needs remote support. They post a role, review applications, pick the candidate who seems most promising on paper, and onboard them. Six weeks later, they're managing the performance gap between what the profile suggested and what the work actually looks like.

Then they do it again.

The cycle isn't a people problem. It's a verification problem.

When there's no way to confirm that a candidate has actually demonstrated the skills they claim, hiring becomes an exercise in optimism. You're betting on potential rather than selecting from proof. And in a remote environment, where the feedback loops are slower and the opportunity to course-correct in real time is limited, that bet is expensive.

The businesses that break this cycle share one thing in common. They change what they look for before the interview. They prioritize evidence of preparation over polish. They ask: has this person been assessed by someone other than themselves?

A certified professional brings the answer to that question built in. The assessment has already happened. The curriculum has already been completed. What you're evaluating in the conversation is fit, communication, and readiness, not whether the foundational skills exist.

That shift, from hoping to knowing, is where hiring starts to feel like a system instead of a gamble.

What's the most frustrating part of evaluating candidates remotely? Tell us in the comments.

Think a viral hit is enough? Think again. To keep your audience hooked and build on that success, you need to consistently create a high volume of content. This is how you maintain engagement and momentum.
