Some milestones are personal. Others become a story of an entire community. Today, ANAK โ Alagaan Natin ang Kabataan proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone as four young leaders from Taguig City, all shaped by the values and experiences of ANAK, have been entrusted as the first four Platoon Leaders of the Senate Basic Citizen Military Course (๐๐๐ ๐) ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ฐ-๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ โ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐.โ

This moment is more than a recognition of leadership. Through ๐๐ก๐๐, these young leaders were given opportunities to participate in community service, work alongside others, take responsibility, and discover that leadership is not about being above others it is about being willing to stand with others and serve. The lessons learned through years of volunteerism became a foundation: Discipline teaches us to remain steadfast. Service teaches us to put others first. Humility teaches us to listen. Responsibility teaches us to lead. And courage teaches us to step forward when others hesitate.
Today, we see those values carried forward into a new chapter.
Their journey reminds us that leadership can begin at a young age not because young people have all the answers, but because they have the courage to learn, the willingness to serve, and the determination to make a difference.
For ๐๐ก๐๐, this is the kind of success we hope to see. Not simply young people who achieve for themselves, but young people who carry their communities with them. Not simply leaders who seek recognition, but leaders who understand that every position comes with responsibility.

To our four leaders, may you continue to carry the spirit of ANAK wherever your journey takes you. May the values you learned through service remain stronger than any title or rank you may earn. And to every young person watching this journey: your age does not define the impact you can make. You do not have to wait for tomorrow to become a leader.

This is more than a milestone for four individuals.
This is a victory for youth leadership.This is a victory for service.This is a victory for Taguig.
And most importantly, this is a testament to what young people can accomplish when they are given a chance to lead. To our families, mentors, friends, supporters, and the entire ANAK family thank you for believing in these young leaders and for continuing to create spaces where young people can grow, serve, and lead.
