The Emergency Response Group is finding its next batch of dedicated committee members. We are officially opening applications for students who wish to actively contribute to our organization's growth and campus initiatives. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join two of our core committees:

• 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞: This team focuses on service. If you like organizing projects, helping your fellow students, and working directly on campus events, this is the perfect place for you.

Ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, pagnilayan natin kung paano natin magagamit ang ating kalayaan para maging instrumento ng kabutihan at pagbabago. Ang pagiging Pilipino ay isang malaking karangalan, at ang paglingap sa ating kapwa ang pinakamagandang paraan para ipagdiwang ito.

Some days were productive and some were not. Some felt easy to handle
and some did not. But that does not make your week any less meaningful.

Showing up, continuing, and trying again are also forms of progress.

Be fair to yourself when you look back on your week. Do not dismiss the effort you gave just because it was not perfect. It is okay to not be okay, Psychmate. We are always here for you, okay? 🫂

This Sunday, we invite you to reflect.
