EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE RECONNAISANCE AGENT (EORA) ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES ,INC. EORAAPI -is a non-profit non stock, voluntary civil society association formed to assist the AFP, PNP,LGU’s and other government and non govt agencies in the campaign for detecting terrorists’ use of explosives or CBRNE, by way of providing bomb identification & search preparedness training to

the communities and when sought, provide security augmentation bomb search assistance to the AFP & PNP as “First Responders Multiplier Volunteer Search Force” in the early detection, location and reporting of any suspected items or IED during bomb threat or related incident,for a wider area search coverage ,and when likewise requested ,in the communities. This is sought through the friendly exchange of skills training, expertise, ied detection technology updates and information among the AFP/PNP personnel employed in the fields of EOD, bomb search, law enforcement, fire and emergency ,hazmat services, forensic science, Counter Improvised Explosive Devices(CIED),CBRNE and other related fields. We are the ordinary barangay citizen volunteer security / disaster & emergency rescue force, peace & order civil society associations;managers,foremen,laborers, teachers, security guards,tricycle/bus/taxi drivers/janitors/street cleaners/messengers; barangay officials & auxiliary force etc on the corner ,retired private & govt employees: soldiers , policemen,AFP reservists;commercial building, mall, bank security force, tanods doing voluntary “First Responder” bomb search & identification preparedness training and search augmentation assistance to AFP/PNP during bomb threat & other related incidents, when sought,and in order to cover wider area of AFP/PNP search coverage.
