The engine is resting, and we’ve officially reached our destination! The "2nd Semester Done" milestone has been unlocked, and it has been quite the ride for our Building and Property Management Dean’s Listers.

Just like navigating the bustling streets, this semester was filled with unexpected detours, uphill climbs, and a heavy traffic of requirements. Yet, through every challenge, our Building and Property Management Herons powered through and kept driving forward! No matter where you are in your academic journey, you proved that resilience, focus, and hard work will always get you to your goals.

As the vibrant jeepney signboard reminds us: "DESERVE MO LAHAT!" you deserve this moment of recognition for your late-night reviews, your unwavering dedication to excellence, and the strength it took to conquer the semester. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: SUSTAINABILITY IN ACTION 🌿

The Junior Property Managers’ Society successfully concluded the SUSTAINABUILD SUMMIT 2026!

It was a day filled with increased awareness, critical reflections, and a shared commitment to environmentally and socially responsible property management. We explored how innovative strategies like energy efficiency and waste reduction can actively contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

A heartfelt thank you to our guest speakers for sharing their invaluable expertise, and to all the BPM students who participated actively.

Let us continue to integrate these sustainable values into our academic paths and future careers. Until the next summit!
