YIN - Youth Inclusion Network The Youth Inclusion Network is a network of companies committed to work for the inclusion of Youth issued from very excluded backgrounds. You have any question?

Our objective is to make employable and hire these Youth in order to give them a chance to access to a better world. 1.3 billion women and men worldwide are Young adults aged 15 to 24 and 85% of them live in emerging and developing countries.
30% live in slums and half of them exist in the informal economy (precarious work, no contracts, wages below legal minimums, no social or health protection,

no pensions). These numbers reflect the urgent need for the creation of innovative mechanisms to support the inclusion of these Young men and women. Youth living on the streets, victims of violence, prisoners or former prisoners, Youth who sacrifice their studies to take on the financial burdens of their families, and many other individual situations that need to be recognized. Initiated by LP4Y in 2015, the Youth Inclusion Network (YIN) is a network of companies that are committed to the inclusion of the Youth, and work to reduce poverty worldwide. The YIN works in partnership with foundations specializing in the inclusion of the Youth, but also with university and institutional partners in order to develop their skills and expertise in the field , and to be able to support more young people. We are currently present in The PHilippines, Vietnam, Nepal and India, with soon the opening of other countries. All these companies joining the YIN are willing to increase the employment of the excluded Youth, fight against exclusion and reduce poverty in general. Our main objective is to make employable and employ youth victims of extreme poverty and exclusion. Employment will give them a chance to be lifted out of poverty on the long run, but it will also benefit the entire families of these youth. We like to say that this initiative is not only social, but also HR. Hiring these youth is a real opportunity for the companies as they are highly motivated, hard workers with good professional skills and positive behaviours. The YIN works with catalysts that could help facilitating the inclusion of those youth such as LP4Y or other NGOs specialized in youth inclusion, and aims to work with other institutions such as LGUs, vocational, universities to grow their knowledge and expertise but also their opportunity to help more youth. You want to join the network? Contact us on Facebook, Linkedin, on our website or by email at [email protected] and we will be very happy to help you.

On April 23rd, members of the Youth 4 Change Network (Y4CN), Life Project 4 Youth - LP4Y and YIN - Youth Inclusion Network gathered in Manila to talk about recruitment process and Youth Inclusion.

Through an innovative workshop, participants were able to share about their own experiences and achievements, identifying which skills led them to success and think about how it could be valorized during a standard recruitment process. The aim was for each participant to leave with an idea so that, TOGETHER, we could advance Youth inclusion.

This afternoon, inclusion wasn’t just a word, it was an action !

A huge thank you to all companies and organizations who showed up, shared and made this moment possible.

Special thank you to 3ZERO House Philippines and Bayan Family of Foundations for the venue, it was an amazing space, just tailored for the day.

✨ From Barriers to Brilliance: Young Women Shaping the Future of Work

On March 11th, we had the pleasure of hosting the first YIN - Youth Inclusion Network and Life Project 4 Youth - LP4Y Event in Bangalore, at the Consulate General of France in Bangalore.

Bringing together more than 30 people including companies, Youth, and members, the event created a space for honest and meaningful conversations around Youth Inclusion and women’s empowerment in the workplace.

đź’¬ Through powerful testimonies, interactive discussions, and collaborative workshops, one message stood out clearly:
"young people do not lack talent but they often lack access and opportunities."

It was inspiring to see companies, LP4Y teams, and Youth exchange perspectives, challenge assumptions, and reflect together on how to build more inclusive, accessible, and supportive workplaces.

👏 A huge thank you to all participants for your engagement, and to everyone who contributed to making this first edition in Bangalore a success.

Let’s keep building bridges between Youth and the professional world together.
