Maging bahagi ng bayanihan para sa mga nangangailangan at mangangailangan ng dugo sa ating Probinsyudad. Ayain ang barkada at gawing makabuluhan ang araw na ito!

📍Venue: Lakeshore Activity Center, C6 Road, Brgy. Lower Bicutan, Taguig City
🕖Time: 7 AM to 1 PM

❗️Ilang paalala:
1.⁠ ⁠Get enough rest and sleep
2.⁠ ⁠No alcohol of any kind, 24 hours before blood donation
3.⁠ ⁠No medications of any kind, 24 hours before blood donation
5.⁠ ⁠No smoking, 24 hours before donation
5.⁠ ⁠Eat something before donating (please avoid fatty foods)
6.⁠ ⁠Drink a lot of water
7.⁠ ⁠Weight must be 50 kilograms and above
8.⁠ ⁠Tattoo must be after 1 year.
9.⁠ ⁠Normal Blood Pressure is 90/60 up to 140/90
10.⁠ ⁠Please bring 1 valid ID

Yesterday, we celebrated the beauty of family through 𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐘 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄, 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐓 𝐁𝐘 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒: 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 at the Dulong Bayan HOA Facility. 📸✨

We captured more than just smiles—we captured love, laughter, togetherness, and memories that families can look back on for years to come. Every photo tells a different story, but all of them share one thing: the joy of being together. 💗

🩰✨A Night of Ballet, Beauty, and Wonder!

Earlier, the Dulong Bayan HOA Youth Organization had the privilege of watching and experiencing the enchanting 1001 Nights Ballet Production at The Theatre at Solaire.

The beautiful performance, artistry, and storytelling through dance made this a truly memorable experience for our youth.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Taguig Local Youth Development Office, headed by Atty. Aldrin Sinues, for organizing this wonderful ballet show and for giving the youth an opportunity to experience the performing arts.

Maraming salamat din po sa City Government of Taguig, headed by Mayor Lani Cayetano, for this meaningful opportunity. We are truly grateful! 🩷

Takbo para sa Kalusugan, Takbo para sa Kabataan!

Earlier today, the Dulong Bayan HOA Youth Organization (DBYO), together with the DBH and SK Bambang Council, participated in the Youth Health Fun Run held at Lakeshore Hall, organized by the Taguig Youth Development Office headed by Atty. Aldrin Sinues, as part of this year’s Linggo ng Kabataan! 🎉

More than just a fun run, today was a celebration of healthy living, active youth, and stronger community connections.

Tuloy-tuloy ang pagtakbo, pakikilahok, at pagkilos para sa isang mas healthy, active, at empowered na kabataan! 🩷

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀. 🎓✨

Last September 2, our DBYO Secretary, Sheila, turned the tassel and officially became a 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 — and yes, we’re claiming this one as a DBYO pride!

Behind the title is a girl who managed to balance responsibilities, commitments, and academics, and still made it to the finish line with flying colors.

Sheila, your DBYO family is incredibly proud of you. You didn’t just earn a Latin honor — you gave us another reason to celebrate what young people can achieve.
