Oftentimes, men face silent battles. Fighting the anxiety and stress completely alone because society dictates them that showing emotion is not a manly trait. Too many times, they are told to appear strong and 'suck it up'.

This June, ๐™‰๐™š๐™ค_๐™‹๐™จ๐™ฎ๐™˜๐™ ๐™Ž๐™ค๐™˜๐™ž๐™š๐™ฉ๐™ฎ is dedicated to encouraging men to seek help and challenging gender norms to destigmatize therapy. We believe in creating safe spaces for everyone to normalize seeking help and being vulnerable, free of the societal pressures and gender norms.

You can make a difference by reaching out to the men in your life and reminding them that they are not alone. Show your support, encourage open conversations, provide resources, and let them know that it is perfectly fine to express their emotions.
