Mental health is just as real as physical health.
It can show up in many ways:

💚anxiety
💚depression
💚Sleep issues
💚panic attacks
💚eating disorders
💚even thoughts of suic!de

(To name a few! )

If you’re struggling, please don't be ashamed & know you’re not alone.

Talk about it.
Reach out.
Don’t suffer in silence.

Let’s break the stigma this and take care of ourselves... and each other!

October is Mental Health Awareness Month. As we approach World Mental Health Day (Oct 10), let’s remember that like with everything in our lives, we need good balance when it comes to our screen time.

It's not just about how much time we spend on our phones (Filipinos spend an average of 8 HOURS on their phones!), but also what content we follow, and how much we compare our lives to other people's "perfect" lives on social media.

This is your reminder to take a moment to think and put your own mental health first❣

🥲This most recent case of viral body shaming made us really sad.
A young woman stepped out of her comfort zone, raised her fist, and spoke up against corruption... only to go viral for all the wrong reasons!

Instead of engaging with her message, many zoomed in on her appearance. Even comments like “she’s actually pretty” miss the point. It’s not about looks: it’s about her courage and what she stood for💪❣

👀In this video, we share a short clip from our founder Rahel, who was a guest on the Womenpreneur Asia Podcast, where she talked about why commenting on people’s appearances (even “positive” ones) can potentially be harmful and distracting.

Let’s normalize focusing on the message, not the looks. 🫶
Body shaming is never ok, online or offline.
