A productive day for JCI Philippines Eastern Visayas Region! Last April 25, 2026, RVP Rex B. Palompon, the Masarig Presidents, and RExComm Officers paid a courtesy call to Dr. Redentor S. Palencia, 4th University President of Samar State University.
