Regardless of the manner of pre-voting enrolment, the following procedures shall be observed by the voter:

a. Sign up using the official link for pre-voting enrolment provided by the COMELEC;

b. Follow the instructions indicated therein; and

c. Once the pre-voting enrolment is successful, the overseas voter can vote online during the 30-day Overseas Voting period.
