As part of LIBRING TURI 2026, the Tacloban Centennial Lions Club took part in a community health activity that provided free circumcision services to 200 young beneficiaries at the Salvador Catchment Health Center in Tanauan, Leyte.

In coordination with TGAS, Inc., Tanauan LGU Rural Health, JCI Tanauan Pasaka, the University of the Philippines–School of Health Sciences, and the Department of Health, the activity brought together different groups working toward a shared community health effort.

This Oplan Operation Tuli reflects ongoing efforts to support basic health services for young individuals in the community.

Together, we serve.
